United States: frost with storms cause two serious accidents on motorways. 3 dead and 11 wounded. Michigan in the first incident, involved 40 cars with 3 deaths in Flowerville. In Pennysilvania instead the other incident involved 13 vehicles, but there are only wounded. The incidents were caused by ice and snow falling into the road surface. Involved especially heavy vehicles.
