China: Vice-Minister of Transport Yang Yudong HAS Announced a super Investment Plan on High Speed Rail Network. They will be spent 3.5 billion yuan (equivalent to 500 billion US dollars) to increase to 11,000 kilometers the high-speed rail network. So it will pass from the current 19,000 kilometers, 30 thousand just in 2020. The modernized railway network, will link 80% of large Chinese cities.
